my booking process
For all sweetening jars, rituals, etc, no call is included in your booking time. These rituals are completed on my own, and do not require anything of you other than a name and your desired petition. The only services that involve an actual call, video or otherwise, are tarot readings and consultations.
Confirmation emails are sent out in batches directly from my website, which means that they often go to the spam folder. If you are waiting for a confirmation email, please be checking your spam folder. These are most often sent out around 2-4 business days of completion, sometimes sooner, sometimes later, depending on how many bookings I've received and other factors.
Due to the personal and energetic nature of these services, sometimes appointment times will be rescheduled after booking to ensure the best possible energy is going into your rituals. Rituals will be completed as close to the original booking date as possible, but if I fall sick, or have personal unforeseen circumstances, they might be rescheduled to the next closest day.
